Hi everyone. I hope everything is fine with you and your family.
I have been quarantining for the past few months. I have barely went out the house for almost everything. Now the conditions seem to have been getting better, I had decided to treat myself with a trip to the beach.
I spent about 5 hours of late morning to after-noon at the beach. It was an extremely hot day, like 90 degrees. The sunlight felt good as the refreshing sea waves & breeze.
I get home. My skin of my whole body is terribly itchy. A burning sensation, my blood is brewing with some hard-core curry spices on some sizzling salty ghee.
I look in the mirror, my skin is completely pink with shades of brown crinkles all over my forehead. I never had this type of skin tone & it doesn’t look pleasing. I never had skin sensitive issues. I had no problems playing & running outside in my life. All of a sudden, this happens.
I know it can go away, but I’m worried about in the long term. I don’t want to stay confined indoors and scared of the sun forever. I can’t go to a dermatologist for check-up right now because I don’t want to pay the ridiculous bill.
I heard vitamin D supplement can help me in this matter. I heard vitamin C helps too. There’s a lot of natural remedies. Which one is right one?
