I think he looks like ACM Muhsaf ali Mir Shaheed.

If i am not wrong. , sir MuradK has different looks.

I may be wrong but from my humble search and knowledge, i haven't come across any pilot by that name serving in No 14 Squadron, the irony is that there is a place in Pakistan called Murid Kay, some Indian aircraft went down in that area. As i said this is me just being inquisitive.
