Its not same!
Pakistan's National Language is URDU, which was evolved from Turkish, Persian, Arabic and many other languages!
On the other hand HINDI is India's National language. It is completely different from Urdu and difficult too so modified form of Urdu with some pure hindi words is used their!

Who taught you all this? Urdu derives lots of words from Hindi and Hindi is not some modified Urdu or something . When you get time google around and learn a bit about Urdu's history.. if you are not interested then don't through BS that Hindi is modified Urdu.
