I unfortunately don't reside in anything prestigious especially in comparison to other members residences which are incredible.

However I have a local celebrity, rather nothing major.

I would love to visit Chitral next summers bro... any suggestions?
Man if you are looking for adventure this is it ....I could hook you up with one of my brothers friend who is a paragliding instructor.
If you do visit ,Don't focus on Chitral alone.Places like DIR Mardan have their own history culture and tourism sites, You'd be fascinated to know how much developed Areas like Mardan and DIR are today.

So your from Chitral hmmm btw you posted picture of shandur..
Yes ....... F*** Google.

PS : More history ; During the revolution, the church was transformed into a temple of the 'reason',there were no more religious services dedicated to the Catholic worship, only ceremonies calling for the support of the revolution and its ideas !

Very interesting. It sounds like this thing is way too historic and should be preserve as such, which seem to be what they are doing. Good for them.

So thanks to these guys (and animals) !

No doubt. All across the world.

So very true. Many of us take our conditions for granted. We don't realize how good we have it until someone either reminds us of it or we see the suffering of others. I can tell you for certain, the older you get, the more you learn to appreciate what you have around you.

The town mayor. :-)

I'll try to find some pics of when I lived in Rawalpindi, many many years ago.
One thing I can never forget is our backyard was full with wildly growing marijuana.

You have to be grateful for what you have because vast majority do not have that luxury. If there is one thing I have learnt in my life so far and that is too much can be too much. Less materialistic the better. I can say I sleep peacefully at night.

Yea you should tel the weed smokers about the magical land where cannabis grows like grass:partay:
