3.5 crore, RawalpindiToronto is the same. An hour from the city in any direction will take you to the country side. It's just so expensive to live here unless you bought a property 15 years ago. It's almost impossible for us to buy a house here unless we have millions stashed somewhere
Ontario alone is as big if not bigger than Pakistan. I'm talking about TORONTO.3.5 crore, Rawalpindi
3.5 crore, Ontario
Doesn't sound expensive for Canada.
Lol I'm only interested in Ontario.Ontario alone is as big if not bigger than Pakistan. I'm talking about TORONTO.
Look up the average house price in Toronto. If you find me that same house in Toronto for the same price i will buy you one as well

I currently live in a city near Paris (It isn't France's most beautiful town, but has many charming places),I would like one day if possible to move to a smaller town somewhere in the countryside.

The remaining bell tower of a church which dates back from the XVIth century !
At least that isn't far from the La Défense business district. (Can be seen in the background)
So this is the area where I currently live in ;

As surprising as it might seem, there's a large green space where some sheeps are living. A natural sanctuary for animals in urban area... why not,I love it! And after the bridge, there's a big park. It's pretty good.

You lucky !
Honestly man, you are one lucky guy to live in such a charming place. It looks to have a good mixture of modern and classical buildings. Very nice!

Really beautiful places I mean, who doesn't think France and Paris as well as surrounding towns are not the romantic capitals of the world? There's a reason for that, the beauty and charm is like none other anywhere on this earth. The language, the cuisine, the culture, the history mixed with modernity, fashion, the people.
That church picture reminded me of something they do with those around here and especially in Boston. Being all about money here in the US, they NEVER allow a piece of prime real estate to stay like that just for historical purposes unless it's really part of history! It must be turned into a money making endeavor!
So they take these old churches that either have been falling apart or they lost the ability to pay for them or whatever reason and turn them into condominiums. Part of the appeal is to keep as much of the original structure and design and build upon it.
Part of this one had the roof deteriorated and collapsed so they kept the wall and another part of the old church.

This first one is probably the most famous one, right on the corner of Massachusetts Ave/Beacon Street and facing the Charles River.
The gable with the round, leaf windows is actually this room here.

It's all about making use of old buildings but keeping the charm, there is a historical society that is very strict about preservation but when the city wants to make use of these old buildings and improve the area while making lots of money for everyone, then it doesn't become a problem. I was surprised that no one jumped on that old church in your town!
