Well I been reciting it 313 times every night before going to sleep for a while now, what does Mustujab ud dua mean?

I been here, its beautiful and It's not exactly in Jhelum but rather in the Jhelum District. It's about 20 minutes of the GT road between Gujar Khan and Sohawa.
