The point is, if prison is too clean and hospitable people will enjoy committing crime going to prison.

No, in prison u lose freedom and force to work whatever u like or dislike it. It's not a enjoy thing.

I admire how china government manage the prison ... It's a great concept I think.. A prison at the same time school for manufacturing, so when the prisoner get out from the jail, they already got the experience..
A prisoner should keep busy and focus to one thing..
Unlike china, many prison in the world turn out to be the best school for criminal, they learn other tips and trick from another crimal and when they graduate ( get out from the jail ) they become more villain...
Some of Indonesia prison also produce drugs.. Lol...
The drugs lord can control their business inside the jail...
Indonesia should adopt Chinese concept..

As far as i knew, PLA work less now not like before. Recent years China military budget improved, the PLA has enough fund to purchase, now most PLA supplies outsource to 3rd private companies/farms or Army directly purchase from market. Only in some remote regions or islands PLA still grow pigs and vegetable. PLA spent most time on training not work like 1980s &1990s.

Prisoner working in China prison system, the truth is a free capitalist factory. There's no any worker can be cheaper than Chinese prisoner. By another side, u can understand China is more capitalism than the West. I have relatives work for China prison system, so i know nearly all China prison did business like this thread. Those police guarder did job more like a company manager in the prison, his workers r prisoners.

I have special feeling to China prison, if possible i also will start the produce line in one prison.

I know more than u about China prison, coz my family come from the system.

Any businessman can do business with prison, once u can afford the rent of produce lines.

These prisoners r free but prison‘s equipments & machines r not free, produce lines in prison need payments to prison official, u also provide several skilled workers to teach "workers".

Why China prison official like to open produce lines in their prison, coz can get rents/场地租金 from outside businessmen. Of course if u can provide more rents, the prison official more happy to deal with u.

Wanna use produce lines in prison? Pay RENTS !

I don't know all, coz i ever visited my hometown prison it's clean like in the pic. Those prison factory follow the ISO9001/02, so it should be clean.

My hometown's prison even install air-conditions for each prisoner room, living condition better than that prison in the pic. I see most of China prisons unlack money, coz they did business & earned rents for years.

China jail is very different in the world.

The produce lines inside the prison walls, all security level prisons did the same work even max security prison, just produce different goods.

One thing maybe u don't know, in China prison sytem they have the awarding policy. If prisoner work harder or make progress, he can get some points, Enough points can help to reduce his jailed years at the end of each year. That's the main reason why those bad guys r obedient and willing to work in the prison, harder u work and earlier u come out.

Even in prison, Chinese prisoner also has the HOPE. They can do anything for it.
