We should respect the EEZ 200 nm rule or at least territorial water 12 nm, that statement "see the rig from their Beach" means violation to both territorial water 12nm and EEZ 200nm.

Look at the dashline point to Sulu sea, based on that, we state dashed line is not boundary line

China actually has not the control right of those line. If they reach the line point 1, 2 ... they would get the warning from Vietnam Coast Guard ships, as recorded voice "Cút ngay khong chung tao ban chet" !!! Means "Get out of our sea or death"

In reality, Vietnamese fishermen still has been catching fish near Paracels ...
