Why it's not, giving fake driving license to untrained drivers is playing with lives of people. And fake passports are surely for people who are engaged in illegal activities or terrorism, otherwise why anybody in Europe will need fake Pakistani passport?

5 years just about right... 6 is too much and 4 will be too little.

He is not the one pulling the trigger or deciding on pulling the trigger.
He must be punished sure. But not by death as you were saying earlier man.

He and all other involved should be given death sentence, i don't have any sympathy with people who play with other peoples lives.
