PIA - Pakistan International Airlines

It's rather sad to see the state of PIA is in now. A one time Leader.
They have stopped service to Houston and Chicago. From seven flights a week to TWO to NY. What a shame. Now with other airlines entering the arena are takeing over PIA's routes and business, people are flocking for these New and Cheaper Airlines.
The purpose of getting B777 ER & LR for long haul for cities like Houston, Chicago, LA, NYC, London and in the Far East as far as Tokyo. Instead these panes are being used for Short to Medium haul. The question remains where are the A310 being deployed? Officially on some sector the flights are sold out, but in reality they are less then half full, thus the competing airlines on that same route take the traffic and show profit.
In coming month I am planning to visit Pakistan, But which Airlines will I take. That' will be the question of the day?

Back in the 60's, PIA was using attractive poses of air hostesses in its ads. It was good for business either way you look at it.
