Saying 'Get Lost' downplays extremism. In real life, no one except the US government takes religious extremism seriously and speaks against it. No Arab government condemns it and some like UAE embolden it. Pakistan doesn't count as it claims enmity with India and Indians.

To be fair Pakistanis are quite prone to this junglee pun. This could have easily happened in the UK.
