It takes another 7 days for the satellite to get into its intended orbit. At present the satellite will be placed in an elliptical orbit of 220k-21000k and will be shifted to 36000k GSO in a series of complex maneuvers. So we need postpone our celebrations till next week end.

If we had failed, would of expected a lot of Pakistanis to laugh at us.

But now that we succeeded, expect a lot of Pakistanis to not say congratulations and them to compare China space legacy to India.
