Rape happen in developed countries, developing countries and under developed countries... you can see more number of rape and harassment in western countries.. but their media don't hype the incident to get TRP ratings... are you sure there are no rape incidents in pakistan? most of the cases are undermine with influence in other countries.... our media got freedom... and they are misusing it ... Crime rate in USA is far more than India... even India got 1.2 Billion population... if you compare by ratio we stand at backside to most of western world.... with media hype, every one thinking Women harassment and rapes is more in India...

Wow, blame the victim. That's a great attitude. God forbid if something bad were to happen to you, for example, being hit by a drunk driver. In that case, it's your fault for being standing at the wrong place at the wrong time.

In big cities there is a lot of migrant labor. Folks who don't have family. These people often do such acts. Not that migrants are bad.
