Philippines Wrong Again!

MV Peach Mountain did not rammed the Filipino ship but by another Hong Kong registered vessel.

Again by repeatedly emphasize the word 'rammed' and not giving allowances it could've been an accident because the size of the ship in contact with a fishing boat during foggy and stormy weather is often undetectable by the ones on the ship is a mistake by the Filipino officials. They make it sounds as it was an intentional act by a commercial carrier which is absurd and baseless. Couple with the quick finger pointing at China in the beginning, they give impressions that Aquino is looking for 'publicity stunt' to hammer China. That's exactly what Aquino did ever since he realized his mistake of sending a warship to arrest the Chinese fishermen. and the mistakes continued.....

ram meaning: strike or drive against with a heavy impact; "ram the gate with a sledgehammer"; "pound on the door"

Is reading of watching too many videos showing Chinese navy vessels disguised as Chinese fishing boat ramming other nations
vessels makes you think that the word "ram" is associated with "intentional" or "deliberate?" Just asking.

Example:

Chinese fishing boat rams the Japan Coast Guard's ship

'collided' is the correct diplomatic and legal word before before facts are known. When you use the word 'rammed' in this case you're insinuate something other than it could've been an accident. Of course that might have been Aquino's intention all along.

The Philippines said on Monday they believed their fishing boat
"was accidentally hit by a Hong Kong-registered bulk vessel, the MV Peach Mountain which was passing the area... with some of the fishermen falling overboard". Balilo described the incident as a "hit-and-run".

Hong Kong ship suspected in Philippine sinking - Channel NewsAsia

Aquino made many diplomatic mistakes in dealing with Scarborough Shoal disputes by blaming China so handily, put this newest one on his resume. Filipinos should check their presidential candidates' IQs before they are allowed to run for elections next time.

Wondering why the Philippines has one of the weekest armies in Asia, considering that the Philippines is richer than VN in terms of GDP as per CIA factbook:
Philippines $4,100 (2011 est.)
Vietnam $3,300 (2011 est.)

The philippines Ground/ AirForce/ Navy is so in a bad shape that one must be afraid that it never withstands a chinese attack, a war may last only a day. The Philippines relies too much on the US so that neglects their military.
