previously Bangladesh India had similar dispute regarding Talpatti / new m00r Island... But india without caring Bangladesh, hoisted their flag on the island..... Positioned BSF there.... Later the island disappeared, BUT that portion of the sea is still disputed... Bangladesh went to international court, result is scheduled to come out after 2013... So why indians are whining here?
