The Martian did make a polite request earlier to stay on topic, so for crap's sake lets keep it about Taiwan and the Philippines.

True, if you want to troll, the forum does not prevent you from doing so. But that do make you a troll.
They purposely wants to derail the thread.

He is not trolling he is expressing his views, this thread was quickly turned into Han vs Phillippines by a Chinese migrant. In that case the actions of the Chinese Hans are also to be questioned here.
@nuclearpak He himself said it is a question of Hans. There by giving the members to express their views.
Ok. so you are the troll that tried to derail the thread. this thread is about Taiwan and Philippine. But you tried to talk about Korea or other topics, which make you the troll.
Initially the thread poster said it is the question of Hans and so I posted a link where hans killed a Korean coast guard.
Senor Moreno-Ocampo needs to relax and refocus his attention to elsewhere where there are truly crimes against humanity...In May 2011, the International Criminal Court chief prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo said "that killing unarmed civilians would qualify as a crime against humanity."
Murder; extermination; torture; rape; political, racial, or religious persecution and other inhumane acts reach the threshold of crimes against humanity only if they are part of a widespread or systematic practice. Isolated inhumane acts of this nature may constitute grave infringements of human rights, or depending on the circumstances, war crimes, but may fall short of falling into the category of crimes under discussion."
Widespread as in scope, as in active persecution of a group well known for a particular character throughout the land and wherever else members of this group may be....as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population...
Should it be? Because if what the original intention of the statute really mean, then comparison is in order.Actually, your post was removed. So this argument is a mute point now.
hurry up in finding your lost Armour brigade in Himalayas, so you can command them to ford the Taiwan straitMa is China's enemy and America's dog.
90% of Taiwanese are China's enemy and America's dog.
The fishermen were probably China's enemy and America's dog.
Chinese should host no illusions. Only war can take back our island from Taiwanese.

Since your thread is about the accusation of the highest crime imaginable "crime against humanity," it is completely logical to evaluation your claim, or whomever you quoted in your OP, by comparing it with history's highest order of atrocities. My list is short and there are many more:How many times do I have to tell you this is a Taiwan-Philippine thread?
Can you not read the thread title?
