You might be talking about 120mm SP mortars ... because in this range howitzer caliber are 105mm, 122 mm and 130 mm

You are quite pissed of on senior leadership but yes I agree infantry guys have this attitude. Turkey industry is real role model we should also do what they did to transform their industry
