Vegetable prices are not stable.
You are right about this. Comparison of veggie prices is futile because they vary violently year on year, month on month and even from city to city.
But Cooking Oil, Rice, Chicken, Wheat prices are higher.
Rice and wheat will be cheaper for sure in India; but Pak has had an extremely good monsoon and much of North India not a very good one. So I think Pak will have softer cereal prices and India slightly elevated ones in the next 12 month period.
Chicken you might want to check, because by and large when I compare periodically most meats tend to be more expensive in India than Pak.
