Petraeus Warns of Declining Public Support in Pakistan for U.S.

.we do some research before accepting the claim...

Really! but how come your research is done within minutes after an attack happens in India and as a result of that research Pakistan is pointed out.:woot:

. .
truth is that so far no such evidence has been shown to general public. all we have are statements from different officials. thats almost it.
That's because there isn't any. Had there been even a single Indian Ordinance piece, PA would have gone to any extent to showcase it to the international community just to prove that its actually Indian Army that's a hindrance in the WoT.

.
Indeed delta came lately, i was expecting it earlier though.
I hadn't bothered even to reply to the initial post. SOS.
It is your continuous and gibberish of a rant that provoked me to respond. In a forum like this you should backup your posts with substantial links or data.

And you shouldn't either after all in case you didn't notice, it is you who is spewing out nonsense and crap without anything to back your claim up. I have provided source, you believe it or not, i don't give a damn. Now quit bull shitting here Mr. so called expert.

Man! you are such a numb skull why am i even wasting my time with you. Dude it is not the job of the army to highlight this proxy war waged by India, it is the job of the government through media and other channels. In case you haven't notice army did raise the issue in all of their meetings with Admiral Mullen however it is not their job to make noise, its the government and because the government choose to remain silent because some one in Washington isn't too happy, that does not mean Pakistan does not have proofs of Indian involvement. As much as you and your kind like to portray RAW as an angel institution, it isn't.

Unfortunately for you, there ain't any credible source to start with.
And I take it that you are a better expert on matters as easy as this. What now? Your responsibility increases to prove it NOW.

IceCold,

Call me whatever, BUT and as you are seeing it, it is a BIG but, provide proof. The Major General hasn't provided any proof. So nobody is jumping out of the bed...not even your Govt.

Now, keep up the rant, as it will do you one good -------

maximum we should have done was to disown talibans. musharraf tried to drag this nation of 170 million where pakistanis didnt want to go. that is the core reason to why extremism is on the rise in pakistan.
Disowning them would have been neither easy nor adequate. The US wanted your Army to sit on the retreating lines of the Talibs. That means a military involvement. And unfortunately for you, when in charge, militaries don't always do what you think is right. General Musharraf was in no position to withstand the enormous international pressure that was building up. You can not blame him or the US for the rise of extremism in Pakistan. It is the product of the Islamisation undertaken by General Zia and radicalisation of the toddlers of the late 70s and 80s.

US would have done XYZ is just an assumption. its not that simple lik it sounds in ur writing.
Assume whatever your sweet wish is. History has been galvanised.
Your COAS has written that history on the realities of his times.
there was no need for doin that when they won the war without loosin a single soldier.
Losing the timeline? ALl this is in context to the pre-battle proceedings.
US had bases in central asia and its not necessary that they would have knocked ur door.
Correction...Base NOT bases.
Had your reasoning been prudent, the US wouldn't be pushing and shoving your army for securing the logistic tail from Khyber to Karachi.
it was simply a short-sightedness and gutless act comin from a dictator.
And you know what? He infact saved a lot of arse getting whipped and embarrased.

Asq,

Stop cribbling. Those Saudis had sanctuaries in Astan and Pakistan.
Not every Pakistani national, ISI/PA or otherwise, involved in matters pertaining to Astan was innocent. Your army had its hands full in Astan.

U rude Indian, no body has given us the ironclads proof that ISI was involve in 9/11, u Indians keep crying for Americans to earn browny points, it is a shame.

Musharraf has been asked umpteen times about ISI involvement and he has answered correctly by saying that all secret services do what ISI does. Your colors are really showing of an enemy of Pakistan.

Mossad is no less involves in covert acts than RAW and Raw is no less than KGB, so give me the links or stop undermining Pakistani Intelligence services.

Being rude, reqally?
Btw, I didn't imply ISI to b e involved in 9/11. I rather commented on its involvement in matter pertaining to Astan. Re Read the post.

If you go through the post you will realise what perception I have for the General. And aren't we already enemies?

Yes, but a professional espionage agency doesn't fosters religious animosity.

Do you not know why gen. zia did this. to raise a force to fight Russians and to please Americans. Watch the video.

How great it is that u being an enemy of Pakistan have a fulfledge section about Indian Defance, it is not so with your Rak Shak.

The Religious color was given to those fighting Russians by U.S. Watch the above video.

Mossad have made ite goal to destroy Islam as it is against Pakistan as per the creator of Israel who talked against Pakistan at one of the meetings in Israel.

Asq,

I know this, so does the entire world. Mrs. Clinton too has officially acknowledged this. But what's the benefit of such acceptances?

The damage has been done and it has been a damage exclusively to Pakistan. Nobody else is suffering. The great game that the super powers played is over and those powers and their citizen are prospering at cost of Pakistan. An entire generation of fine young men has been radicalized beyond our imagination. Shouldn't it be expected from a COAS of the stature of General Zia to have had the foresight to see the broader and long term implication of such sweeping radicalization?

Yes and that's appreciated. Probably that is why few of us from WAB still like to spend some time here.

I am no authority on matters relating to Mossad, therefore I'll reserve my comment.
