No amount of petitions will change the on ground situation.
Their's only one way to do that.

Need to do both ... This is just a resolution and not much effort is needed. But yes, now it is time for boots on the ground..otherwise it will be too late.

Dear, I don't see it as an exclusive issue rather the easiest and the least effort requiring action but I'm all for boots on the ground and I do understand your POV.
