8 months seems like a very very tight schedule for a project of this scale. Seems like work would be undertaken day and night. We might have to replace the term "Punjab speed" with "KPK speed"

Its a need of the hour as Peshawar is already damn congested plus it will play quite an active role in decreasing the environmental pollution.

And how do they exactly plan to achieve it without pricing the ticket at 50-60 Rs?

Ppl are already paying quite hefty money to those substandard khatara rockets (thats what we call em) and buses so travelling in a good and confortable way and paying like this amount aint that big an issue. Nonetheless I am sure they ll be plying those stuff on nominal or not profit in the beginning and my wild guess is that they ll bring in CNG buses as gas aint issue in the Peshawar.
