POF is still living in 80's .. i was a supplier they simply reject new tech product. same person is approving "jharoo" and high tech product may be he have knowledge in "jharoo" but not in high tech product so they random approve a product or reject it. for that reason most of good companies stop participating in POF tenders. and now old employee of POF who have good relation inside and wining tenders and providing low standard product to POF.
