Dr Mirza Ikhtiar Baig is firstly not a Doctor....his degree is a fake. Secondly, he is a buffoon of the highest order and is considered a joke among the media where he is known to be always ready on stand by for any program where they need an idiot's point of view on any subject. Please ask anyone you know in any channel how Mr Ikhtiar Baig literally pesters reporters to call him if they ever need a guest on ANY SHOW FOR ANY SUBJECT. The man is a social climber and Zardari only appointed him to his post because such meritless people have to then rely on their benefactors for their survival.
Furthermore, it should have been very clear to all that PPP (Bibi) sold many lucrative promises to these people because they trucked in villagers at their expense for her rallies and paid for posters and banners to cover the country. I dont think anyone in the know can genuinely disagree with the well known fact that PPP seniors usually "invest" in the party in these ways so that the party can then provide them a "return on their investment" with such positions. Each poster and banner had the name of the investor and I would challenge the media to show that each of these people did not receive some sort of quid-pro-quo for this investment in propaganda.
The current PPP way of making appointments specifically precludes any possibility of merit being a consideration.....of course...the jiyala's will always scream about leaving them alone and letting them run amok for the whole term before making judgement. Funny how they are never willing to do the same themselves. Besides....have these PPP politicians figured out whether they are in the government or the opposition yet?
