My main Topic is not that these Words of Wisdom are ignored in west only but in ME and Asia as well , but I specially ask to Oscar why he think that these Political Figures and their quotes are not as frequently used as compared to other western Personalities .

What do you mean by "not as frequently used"? Is there a prescribed or comparative frequency of use of such sayings, or, very likely, just your perception that such is the case? Modern societies and political systems are diverse and ever changing, and expecting any one set of beliefs or sayings to be pre-dominant according to one's own personal views is simply not possible.
