Because CO2 level increased by 43% since 1800, crops use 43% less water, and saved millions of Californians from starvation due to drought. If this were 1800, millions would have perished because they would not have had enough water for their crops.

Are you going to expand on this? or is this it?

Would you care to provide more substance for your hypothesis? Perhaps back it up with a few articles, or links?

The more CO2 in the air, the less stomata plants open in their leaves to take in CO2, the less water loss through evaporation, so the less water requirement.

Rising CO2 Boosts Plant Water Use Efficiency

Dr. Happer also explains this starting 9 minutes in.

but everything is good within a balance.

I am sure if we keep on going and growing like this we would soon break that threshold of CO2.

Too much of everything is bad.

The trick is to increase the foot print of the Plant kingdom which would consume the CO2 and generate more oxygen for even growing human species.

Increased CO2 increases algae which generate most of the oxygen.

is there any calculation which shows how much amount of oxygen is produced by algae which is formed by some X amount of CO2?

Not that I'm aware of. They tried to make algae fuel but failed because not enough CO2.
