The job of ISI is to adopt and change
They will have to relook at their estimates
They hoped 15000 votes will be enough it wasn't probably because of wrong internal info from mualana sahab

Pretty sure they will up it to 30-40,000 fake votes

However ISI only major focus will be central punjab
It doesn't want so much rigging that whole elections comes into question

So probably it will be selective Kp and selective central punjab just like in 2002

Where only Punjab had rigging

But weren't those local body by-elections in Mathra held in the first place because JUI's Fareed Ullah Khan, who won by a huge margin previously, passed away? the PTI candidate hadn't even made it to the top 3 then. It's a huge setback for JUI. What are you on about?
