To say so is incorrect.
Whatever Pakistan is doing has great value for its internal audience and hence very useful to keep them in line with policies being pursued.

A person diagnosed with diabetes should not eat sweet no matter how tasty they are. Same is the case with Pakistan and its people, they should understand the bigger harm they are doing to Pakistan image on world map. Respect is hard earned but can be lost in a single stroke no matter it is intentionally or unintentionally done.
