Noticing a lot of duplicate threads, so this group will be responsible for keeping threads organized, posting new stories and pin them respectively.

I think this problem mainly is because of changing or modifying the thread title, because of which the forum is not able to detect it when entering original article's thread while creating a new thread. If that is curbed then more than half of duplication will be automatically solved.
