PCB is not begging but taking you to court.Typical brain dead Pakistani comments who doesn't know what he talks and later looks at his comments with utter confusion.
Pakistan has no shame as their men raped children (remember the series of child abuse cases a year ago ?).
PCB can beg all it wants. BCCI will not give a sh*t. File a case, PCB will face humiliation as no cricket board or the ICC has the courage to antagonize India. India means money (which speaks louder than the delusional brigade).
Why don't Pakistan beg China to ask India play cricket with it, as you do in all other fronts ?
And about rape. you sell your women for this purpose due to poverty. Half of your counry is a slave. Your farmer regularly do suicides, you rape your own women and also foreigner tourists, In many of your villages where women are less you share each others wives specially your brothers wife, without any problems and don't feel ashamed when the foreign media shows documentary on this indian honor.
And when you talk about one incident in Pakistan your country rape every child they come across and i am afraid you may one of them too. as 2 out of 3 indian children are physically abused in india according to your own government study. You rape your girls in early ages. 53% of indians are raped in any part of their lives.

according to indian media,CNN IBN report, PCB can easily sue india for 75 to 100 million dollars.Well considering all your emotions into consideration, I would like you enlighten a little bit regarding an MOU.
An is a document that doesn't carry any obligations, what-so-ever. Now you just wait and see what the court verdict will be.
