Payoneer is best to me! Can do almost everything from receiving money to purchase anything online.

From last 2 years exp, World Remit is better than Xoom if money sent from EU. Xoom is better than World Remit if money sent from USA.

But due to Unavailability of Paypal (was using friend's one in UK) had to shut down a cash cow $$$$ ebusiness in 2014

In Pakistan we cant use our debit card like mcb or hbl visa card online

i was specifically talking about buying "online" from a third party supplier , that you dont know about (based on trust on platform and reviews) getting it delivered and paying to the platform...

this has solved the credit card/debit card issue in India... (even paypal)..

Oh - I didn't get your specifics there. Yes online purchases are rather new in Bangladesh (last decade). Payments are by cash on demand or homegrown bKash. bKash has revolutionized the local payments sector.

Amazon has not expanded locally for some odd reason. But that should give local eCommerce companies a boost to expand and compete...
