Exactly. Silly people with silly question deserve "better" reply.
Question seemed silly only because there wasn't probably an answer. Nothing wrong with the question as such, its just that the relative fancying hasn't stopped.
Its not your place to tell us what our threat preception should be or what we should spend our resources on. We have every right and will to do what we think is in our interests....period.
So you need a frigate just because you can and want to. I agree am no one to tell on the threat perception, but all I am trying to do is learn how a frigate would change a pretty non existent threat around.
The heads of each service actually. We don't buy from india for the same reason that you don't buy from China, india is still considered as the precieved primary threat to Bangladesh...thats not going to change any time soon.
Oh so isnt it through means of tender you buy? India considers China a threat as we have land disputes, clash of interests and have fought wars adding a couple of skirmishes. What do we got with Bangladesh?
