There was backdoor deal. They do a show of force, shoot about 500 Tomahawks at an empty building, and they will not intercept any.

No aircraft was hit. 1 Tomahawk went off course and killed 7 civilians. Why should they intercept a Tomahawk? No military target was targeted.
