There is a difference between collateral damage of a military operation(when people fire rockets from near mosque/school and others have to respond) to somebody killing a child in cold blood.
Such collateral damage has happens by militaries of all countries, including pakistan.
There are such people everywhere, and sometimes it cant be avoided. But for others to praise such act shows moral standard of such society, and frankly most people in the world will find it difficult to support their cause even if it is a just cause.
