Im not sure how a cricket win is nature/god/Allah/Yahweh/Ram 's will.
Fans of both sides pray to their respective gods/forces.. so do bookies.
But by my observation India were simply outplayed in the end.
although the similarity in the fall of wickets was surprising.. eventually due to the changing conditions the batting was going to get harder at the end anyway..

You are so blind with your anti-India sentiment that you failed to recognize that whatever I said was my personal opinions and in no way I was trying to represent the whole Indian sentiment. I am sure there are a huge population in India which don't like to see a Pakistani win and same is true for Pakistan too and that's pretty evident from you itself who tried to kick India out even by losing to Australia. So don't blame just Indians only. You are no better.

The reason why Pakistani players did not play in IPL is mainly because of greater Indian persuasion against Pakistan after Mumbai, so organizers had to respect that. I am not advocating whether it was right or wrong but the IPL organizers had no options but to follow that. Secondly if it was solely intended to harm Pakistani cricket, then they would not have included them in the 1st season itself and IPL 2 was a big success without Pakistani players. Do you think it won't be a success if we don't have Pakistani player again. So there was no conspiracy as far as the organizers are concerned. they just followed the Indian public sentiments.

I said the same thing in my previous post about rankings in team sports. SA have not done well in big stages because they have not played well in those tourneys when it mattered. But that does not take away the fact that they have been one of the most cosistent sides over the years

But again India is up on the rankings because they have played well in recent times, even beat mighty Australians in their own backyard, leave alone in India. Yes, I admit it is there and I am fully sure same is the case for Indian team in Pakistan as well. This is because people intermix animosity and rivalry, which I don't do personally. I for one praised Pak team on ther win in last WC against all odds.
