Pakistan's top court frees men convicted of kidnapping and murdering Daniel Pearl

. .
Justify a million Iraqis dead due to american sanctions, first. Justify the destruction of Libya, hundreds of thousands killed and the state becoming a breeding ground for Western backed terrorists.

Justify the destruction of Syria, hundreds of thousands murdered, rendered homeless and the state becoming breeding ground for Western backed terrorists.

Justify $8 billion of Iraqi Oil funds being swindled by america.

Justify Abu Gharaib heinous atrocities by american military.

Justify australian military killing innocent Afghans.

Justify Syrian Oil being given freely to the illegal, illegitimate, murderer and liar state of israel, by americans, british and french.

Justify crippling american sanctions on Iran for being defiant in the face of israeli brutality and american hegemony.

Justify the break up of Yugoslavia, when it was the only country on the continent of Europe not owe a dime to the IMF & WB.

Justify near 1000 american military bases across the globe.

Justify american back regime changes in Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, Yemen, Syria, Sudan and Ukraine.

You manage to justify these and then I would think about justifying your query regarding daniel pearl.
What a retarded question . you talk like taliban.

It should be obligatory for the courts to issue a statement as they did in the Asia Bibi case. Why is he released? Was he wrongly convicted? Was his sentence too harsh? Whats the detail? Lets not forget he's spent 18 years in prison already.

So what has changed now?

.
The onus was on the prosecution to prove beyond doubt that the accused was involved in the murder of Daniel pearl, let's wait for a detailed verdict.

Welcome to the banana republic !

I think they completed their jail term more than what's prescribed in the law . now what else we want from the judges ? Kill their entire families to be in the good books of caucasians ?
How does that justify the murder of Pearl?

It doesn't , that's why the culprits spent 18 years in jail

Pakistan is a sovereign nation and has a right to act whichever way it wants, but so do other countries. Such miscarriages of justice have consequences for Pakistan. Not only at FATF but also how the country is perceived and its seriousness in fighting terrorism.

Make no mistake about it. This is an own goal. Once again, the courts have screwed up Pakistan. This is worse than the Riko Diq case where the country has to cough up billions it doesn’t have, simply because the courts threw a contractual agreement out of the window, for no credible basis.

Ask India's daddy how blackwater operatives were pardoned by Trump and then talk abt this

Yep. This is the worst move to make on Biden's first week of office.

Anti-Pak Democrats (Last Week): "damn, we don't have enough good dirt on Pakistan..."

Pak Judiciary: "I got you fam"

Honestly, we may have been better off pulling another Kargil compared to this.

Yes. "Militants" are known for their sense of honor and fairness.
Fairness is something at least our "friends" should not talk about. We know how fairly the weak nations got flowered using B52 flowerers.
