Pakistan’s strategy of positioning itself as the core mediator between the taliban and Afghan govt. has worked in its favor. But even the Afghans know that Pakistan would simultaneously utilizes radical elements to maintain its strategic advantage. Albeit, when in it comes to developing Afghan's economy India has an edge over Pakistan. Pak has no interest in investing into infrastructure projects of Kabul.
