it's not fake, it's also an official account.
anyway, the Spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has already accepted the Serbia account was "hacked", meaning that it was their official account in their control before that.
but obviously they use the word "hack" very broadly. there's still a possibility they're calling unauthorised use by a disgruntled official a "hack".
