Pakistan is not willing to act as a good friend to Malaysia and Turkey. Even if the two nations understand our problems and internal politics associated with not going to the summit, Pakistan's attendance would have gone a long way.
The absence gives an impression that Pakistan is still playing in the hands of the Sheikhdoms and has no future plans of throwing away her crutches. This shows that Pakistan is happy with the status quo; Turkey and Malaysia can go fukc themselves.
