Speculation is not reality, what do You mean by chinas Help... With this even I can say that India has the technology of Tzar Bomb.... a 100 mega ton bomb.... In todays world anyone can speculate.... Since Soviet was our closest ally and there were not NPT restrictions we have a fair chance to have that technology, do You agree??

Another thing I wanted to add is since India's first test in 74 and their test in 98, they haven't been able to dramatically increase the yield of their nukes in 24 years; the chance that they have done this in the last 12 years is very unlikely.

.
Guys what happened to the thorium researches.. i guess the future is of Thorium rather than Uranium.

Not exactly. Thorium technology is complicated than Uranium. But India prefers thorium as we have a huge deposit of it in our coastal belt.

oh yes ! the future is certainly of thorium...and if that happens it will be a time to celebrate cause India is the 2nd largest producer of thorium in the world... :yahoo:

Thats a very poor thing to share..... India had a yield of around 12-15 in 1974, and a yield of 70-100 in 1998 as per the reports, and Abdul Kalam has confirmed it despite there was a argument that 1998 nuke tests were failure...

well in 1974 it was 8 to 12k and in 1998 it was 60k to 120k.

I think you know maths. so can calculate the difference. or should i help you with that too.

I don't have time for indian propaganda. Come and talk to me when you have matured out of this mentality.

Stockholm, June 3 : Estimates made by the Swedish institute SIPRI reveals that Pakistan has around 60 warheads with two new plutonium reactors nearing completion in Khusab, suggest its nuclear warheads will increase in the near future.

Buzz up!“Our conservative estimates are that Pakistan has sixty warheads and could produce 100 nuclear weapons at short notice,” the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) said in its latest annual report.

The report also discloses that Islamabad is developing an air launched cruise missile Ra'ad and also carried out four tests of its land launched sub-sonic cruise missile Babur. But the Information on these missiles ability to carry nuclear weapons is still not clear.

In comparison India also has 60 to 70 nuclear warheads but India only has short-range surface to surface Prithvi I (with the range of up to 500 kms) and medium-range Agni I (upto 700 kms) missiles deployed with nuclear weapon delivery system the report said.

. .
Does this mean pakistan needs more nuclear weapon's to deter India.?

Does this mean Pakistan conventionally have lost hope to deter India.?

Does this means Pakistan's nuclear expansion fuels Indian Anti-Ballistic Missile System. We will continue to progress more as pakistan build more nukes. This is a good development for India. This report only benefits India and harms Pakistan's image. More nukes mean no more funds for other projects. This further sinks pakistan into deeper hole as funds are already depleted.

Mods : Heading of this thread it self is wrong.

Pakistan to overtake India in nuclear power, rather heading should have been

" Pakistan to overtake India in nuclear War heads"

or else we will confuse it with electricity.

My Congratulations to pakistan on overtaking India on the number of nuclear warheads.
