How could they manage to flip that ship??? Is it due to the narrow lanes???
And, how could they keep the hatch of the boomer open???? It should have redundant closed loop control mechanisms - pneumatic, digital, analog etc. - for such a top$ asset!!!!! Or, is it something else??!?!!

If it happened in the torpedo storage area then this is not about the OPEN HATCH---it is more likely the torpedo accident while being loaded---.
It is the KURSK accident all over---only this time it happened at port---.
At .50 second the guy says " sounded like a rocket engine---so that is either a torpedo or a missile that fried itself in an accident while being loaded---.
