ISLAMABAD: Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Mohammad Asif Sandila Tuesday reiterated need for prioritizing and pacing up progress particularly on enhancing combat efficiency of Pakistan Navy and projects related to Balochistan Package for welfare and uplift of Baloch nationals, including Junior Naval Academy at Ormara recently inaugurated by Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani.

Chairing Command & Staff Conference 2/2012 of Pakistan Navy at Naval Headquarters, he expressed satisfaction over operational preparedness of Navy in the wake of prevalent maritime challenges at regional and international arena, Navy press release said.

At the Conference participated by all Principal Staff Officers at Naval Headquarters and Admin Authorities, issues pertaining to security situation, operational preparedness, significant ongoing projects and future plans of Pakistan Navy were discussed. The participants expressed satisfaction on operational preparedness and nation building projects in coastal areas.

Yes! PN need lot of attention and enhancement in their military challenges ahead. They need to manufacture and gather more advanced Naval hardware especially the Qing class Subz as well as advanced frigates. They need to be quick in these projects cuz their challenges are getting bigger and bigger everyday seeing the geopolitical situations nowdayz............:coffee:
