I don't know how such "articles" pass for journalism in India. Does it explain what the scam was? No.

Then there is this line: "According to the sources, hundreds of missed calls were made to India from Pakistan..."

What is the reader to make of it? What did the ISI achieve by making "hundreds of missed calls"? What has those missed calls got to do with the lottery scam alleged in the title, but unexplained in the body?

It reads more like the very first draft of a story just taking shape in the mind of a novelist, than an article fit for publication in a major network. Heck, the Doordarshan of 20 years back had better standards of journalism than these 24/7 "news channels" that are now a dime a dozen.

NO! these diversion tactics are not going to absolve RAW from its involvement in terrorism in Pakistan. RAW has been actively financing and training terrorists for years to destabilise Pakistan and it has been caught with its pant down. ...
