No one is rejecting the idea of the Ummah. It's just that only Pakistanis are interested in it. Other Muslims are repulsed by the idea and are even more racist towards Pakistanis than white people are. Eg the Arabs from the GCC countries. The Ummah will not come into being by Pakistanis dreaming of and begging for it. It will come in to being when ALL other Muslims desire it and stop killing eachother.

You need two hands for clapping . I said it before that you cannot respect/love those who bring harm to you or show arrogance/racism toward you and to believe in this Islamic concept of brotherhood dont mean accepting bigotry and racism from others irrespective of their nationality . you will not tolerate racist people of your own country let alone others
