1965 War - Turkish war resources were placed at Pakistan's disposal.

So it was just 65 war that Turkey 'supported' Pak against India.
What about 99? Did they provide any help? Why not, if?

I came to know how good Turkey relations with Pakistan when I visited Turkey recently. Whoever came to know I m from Pakistan, greeted me with more warmth then I could ever imagine.

* Turkish Navy and SAT units are currently wargaming with Pakistan Navy.


So over all a productive visit.

The current cooperation between Pakistan and Turkey is nowhere near it's real potential. These meetings, ceremonies, smiles of our PMs are fine....but i want to see real cooperation.

This is all we can do together right now. Once Pakistan got the rid of its energy issues and main infrastructures, then it will start taking bigger roles with us in the international platforms.

We will make allied operations all around the world. They will send their soldier to us in the fight against terrorists in this region that we have to be stuck with.

They just need to get the first steps done first. Then later on, things will only get better.

Very well said. It is best to have money in your pocket before buying anything. The only way in my humble opinion is to have a strong economy. Any idea how Pakistan can have a strong economy Mr. Zarvan or do you have other ideas for arranging finances for procurement.

You are right about current cooperation being below our true potential. Both nations have high expectations from our leaders. Lets hope our leaders are moving in the right direction.

First of all yr co-operation is useless,waste of time & energy. To solve the problem of terrorism u have to go in the root cause of terrorism. Their own politcians are openly supporting terrorists, some of the terrorists & militants do enjoy their patronage,Recently I saw a video of Law minister from Pakistan's Punjab travelling in a jeep with extremists & militants.

It would be better if you could support you arguments with a few sources.... i may claim, the sun will turn to purple tomorrow but it won't.
