These are trainees from ATS Basic Batch 2 held at Police Training School - Police Lines, HQ, Islamabad H-10. The Insturctor you saw in the video was from a group of master trainers from LE trained by US FBI and other departments in 2004-2005 and again in 2006.

This is an old video judging by the condition of the butt and the kill room, now PTS have a professional Kill house located at PTS Sihallah. Excellent video.
