When latest figure come out Pakistan TOTAL exports are expected to be very cLose to $40B

It might prove that Pakistan's currency was artificially overrated. Another fact that we have to accept. Careful and balanced devaluation is needed to build an export-oriented industrial foundation for a stronger Pakistan.

Yes, should be around that mark with the increase in IT services exports and so forth.
BD is focusing heavily on IT exports and has target to increase this from 2 billion US dollars annually to 5 billion by 2025.
Pakistan is I think twice what BD is and should target 10 billion US dollars by mid-decade.
It is a good way to create hundreds of thousands of skilled jobs for people in their 20s and 30s.

Can you advise what has been done to support IT industry in Pakistan over the last few years?
In BD there has been a focus on IT since 2009 with the "Digital BD" initiative and there has been massive increase in internet bandwidth, IT Parks being set up with all required infrastructure like internet, power, water/sewerage and lots of tax incentives and training availability to youngsters in the field.
I mean it when I say Pakistan should push very hard in IT as it is a good way to nurture the interest in IT that the young have and provide well-paid skilled jobs for hundreds of thousands of them.
