If I'm not wrong the top 3 foreign countries (as of 2016) to hold properties in Dubai are;

1. Pakistan
2. England
3. India

The reason why England is at the second spot is because of British Pakistani Nationals that have invested heavily in the city of Dubai. I don't know if the 150 Billion $ figure is from Pakistan alone or British Pakistanis combined but there's very little Supreme Court could do to investigate the properties owned by British Pakistanis.

Why is this hard to believe? There are over a million Pakistanis living in the UAE - some of whom are incredibly rich! Their businesses, properties and cash probably equals 10s of billions easily.

Then we have corruption money (politicians, civil servants, military) + Pakistani businessmen stashing their cash there.

$150 billion is very plausible.

Pakistanis own this much property in UAE. But much of the money has been earned and invested here..

I know quite a few people who bought properties in UAE in the last ten years.. but they earned here.. and paid off the home loans from their salaries.. They are still Pakistani passport holders, so yes, I think they aren't segregated in this list.

But imagine if out of 150 Billion Dollars, half of it belongs of Pakistani citizens who earned the money in Pakistan.. and laundered it to UAE to buy properties.. wow..
