On Topic. Its decision Saudi Royal Family to consider Pakistan as friend or a Foe. Not a Pissed of Emotional Saudi.

BTW Saudi military attacked yemen not the other way around. Egypt also refused to send boots on ground. 1) Saudis are our friends, like best friend, along with China.
2) We can't go to yemen due to our internal affairs
3) But still we will protect Saudis from any external threat be it non-muslim or muslim. Means inside KSA only.
4) Burning of Pakistanis has nothing to do with saudis
5) Indian lobby is strong since they are connected and respectful among them, unlike Pakistanis who are completely opposite.
6) Arab like slaves for work that's why they choose indian, but Pakistani can't become enslave which makes them bad for the Recruitment in Arab land.

From the Saudi point of view, they are looking at this as an open insult. They think Pakistan and Pakistani leaders have come to them for aid repeatedly, have used their 'hospitality' repeatedly, have leveraged their power with global agencies to get out of embarrassing financial situations such as defaulting on payments etc...

Pakistan's choices in fact were not whether to send troops or not. It is whether to admit sending troops or not. Instead of seeing it that way, they tried to play cute by referring to parliament. Seeing the numerous threads and posts slaming the saudis, the gulf and the sheer bubbling racism underneath i think it's safe to say there is nothing common between the gulf and pakistan save religion and even that is in question.

However what is needed from pakistan is a bit of honesty. As they say in surah kafiroun. You go your way and i shall go my way. If pakistan wants to look east or china that's not a problem. What is a problem is the double faced game pakistan loves to play. The guy who always turns up at everyone's wedding.

We arabs would love it and actually respect pakistan if they said look we dont want you or no longer need you or we decide to forge ahead our own path. But please spare us the pretense of friendship. As they say, it's better to a have an enemy in front of you than a mock friend behind you

You are right. It's just that people have developed certain set of expectations from the past.
US expects Pakistan to fight their war. There is a whole history of that starting from the U-2 crisis, Soviet invasion of Afghanistan to the present day Taliban.
The Arabs expect Pakistan to fight for them. There is a whole bunch of history attached to that as well. Pakistanis did fight for them against Israelis in what was their war.
The Saudis to be specific, expect Pakistan to fight for them. A whole military apparatus is there. Also, the Saudis pay loads of money to the Pakistanis and they think Pakistanis will be obliged to do there bidding in return.

Pakistan has advised a political/diplomatic solution for Yemen. Muslims killing Muslims is stupidity and we are already suffering from this. Arabs have relationship with both Israel and India, but we do not call them 2 faced? So why is it so hard for you to accept Pakistan's position?
