Bangladesh is largest supplier for troops in UN peacekeeping missions . After that its India and Pakistan i guess amongst others . 1st world countries throw money and 3rd world countries throw lives . Maybe one day when will not be so poor we will not have to sacrifice troops for foreign lands .
Wrong, for many years it was Pakistan and during the early 90's it was Pakistan. Bangladesh a few years ago became largest contributor to UN Peacekeeping missions. As of January 31, 2013 UN data shows Pakistan is ranked second in terms of contribution of military and police to UN Missions, with India in third.
