I dont know about hundreds but a good number of innocent Pakistanis were killed by Indians in their jails besides those who were returned were mentally ill due to massive torture by Indians on them.

Imagine if the Indian government called up the Pakistan government and told them that they had a few thousand people stranded in India who were from Pakistan but did not have passports. R&AW would have flooded Pakistan by now.

Pakistan is also bound to go through the procedure. Everyone knows that these things take time. Even Indians do not get their documents in less than a week. How can you expect the procedure be quick for a foreign nationals caught in your boundaries?

They were not in Indian territory so documents or no documents is not the point.

The Indian Navy claimed it had saved them when cyclone occured in Arabian Sea. And carried them to India.

You know the answer why. Of course they are Pakistanis so whatever be their profession, Indian authority will consider them as suspects when they are found in such situation. How can you send them so easily without knowing their backgrounds.
